2025 fut une ann\u00e9e passionnante chez Kerr ! Au-del\u00e0 de nos responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles envers nos clients, nous nous sommes \u00e9galement impliqu\u00e9s dans nos communaut\u00e9s et nous sommes entraid\u00e9s les uns les autres ! Du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une banque alimentaire \u00e0 une collecte de fonds pour la recherche sur la leuc\u00e9mie et le lymphome, en passant par de simples moments de convivialit\u00e9 entre nous, nous avons veill\u00e9 \u00e0 tirer le meilleur parti de notre ann\u00e9e ensemble !<\/p>\n

Chaque ann\u00e9e, nos deux bureaux de Montr\u00e9al et de Toronto se r\u00e9unissent pour ne plus former qu\u2019un seul et unique groupe bien soud\u00e9 et apprendre les uns des autres tout en s’amusant ! Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons pass\u00e9 des tests de personnalit\u00e9 afin d’en savoir plus sur notre propre fa\u00e7on de travailler et pour mieux comprendre celle de nos coll\u00e8gues, puis nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies pour mieux comprendre les diff\u00e9rents types de personnalit\u00e9 et ainsi interagir plus efficacement ensemble.<\/p>\n

Par ailleurs, 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e importante pour six de nos coll\u00e8gues qui ont franchi des paliers dignes de mention, atteignant 10, 15, 20 et m\u00eame 25 ans de service au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Nous avons lev\u00e9 nos verres pour souligner leur loyaut\u00e9 au cours d\u2019une soir\u00e9e de c\u00e9l\u00e9bration avec des cadeaux et des applaudissements bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9s !<\/p>\n

Activit\u00e9s estivales ! <\/strong><\/p>\n

Nous avons soulign\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de l’\u00e9t\u00e9 en organisant des activit\u00e9s de groupe, suivies d\u2019un souper au restaurant ! Le bureau de Montr\u00e9al a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un jeu d\u2019\u00e9vasion proposant des th\u00e8mes aussi fous que les zombies et un restaurant italien. \u00a0Maintenant, nous savons qui, parmi nous, a des aptitudes de d\u00e9tective priv\u00e9, tant dans le domaine normal que paranormal !<\/p>\n

L’\u00e9quipe de Toronto a, pour sa part, organis\u00e9 une sortie bowling o\u00f9 la comp\u00e9tition a \u00e9t\u00e9 f\u00e9roce, chacun essayant de surpasser les autres avec toujours plus de \u00ab\u00a0strikes\u00a0\u00bb et de \u00ab\u00a0spares\u00a0\u00bb. Le plaisir \u00e9tait de la partie et les d\u00e9fis n\u2019attendaient qu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre relev\u00e9s. Un moment inoubliable pour tous!<\/p>\n

\u0152uvres caritatives et travail communautaire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kerr accorde une grande importance \u00e0 certaines valeurs et redonner \u00e0 nos communaut\u00e9s en fait partie. Chaque ann\u00e9e, que ce soit en tant qu’individus ou en tant qu’\u00e9quipe Kerr, nous nous effor\u00e7ons d’avoir un impact positif sur ceux qui nous entourent. Nous tenons \u00e0 souligner les contributions et les initiatives d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es pour faire la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n

En septembre, l’\u00e9quipe Kerr s’est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la Mission Bon Accueil<\/a>, en donnant de son temps pour aider \u00e0 emballer des articles de soins quotidiens essentiels destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des personnes dans le besoin. Nous avons consacr\u00e9 un total de 75 heures \u00e0 Mission Bon Accueil et \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 titre individuel, nous tenons \u00e9galement \u00e0 souligner la contribution de Lauren Rudolph Heselton, qui a, encore une fois, particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la course annuelle \u00ab\u00a0Sporting Life 10k\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Toronto, en soutien au programme \u00ab\u00a0Campfire Circle<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb, un camp d’\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 but non lucratif situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Muskoka et destin\u00e9 aux enfants atteints de maladies graves. Lauren participe \u00e0 cette course depuis plus de dix ans et, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle perp\u00e9tue son geste en faisant la course avec ses enfants en poussette. F\u00e9licitations pour cette belle r\u00e9ussite !<\/p>\n

D\u00e9fi Jim Abernethy<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Nous croyons qu’il est important d’honorer l’h\u00e9ritage de ceux qui ont marqu\u00e9 nos vies. Jim Abernethy \u00e9tait un homme remarquable dont la force et l’esprit ont inspir\u00e9 tous ceux qui l’entouraient. Apr\u00e8s son d\u00e9c\u00e8s des suites d’un cancer, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de leuc\u00e9mie et lymphome du Canada a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le \u00ab d\u00e9fi Jim Abernathy \u00bb afin de comm\u00e9morer sa m\u00e9moire et de poursuivre la lutte contre les cancers du sang. Kerr est fi\u00e8re de se joindre \u00e0 cette cause importante, qui contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la vie des familles touch\u00e9es par la leuc\u00e9mie et le lymphome.
