Comment d\u00e9cider qui en aura usage en haute saison ? Qui se chargera de l&rsquo;ouverture et de la fermeture annuelle de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, ainsi que de son entretien r\u00e9gulier? Comment les d\u00e9penses courantes seront-elles partag\u00e9es ? Comment la tr\u00e9sorerie sera-t-elle g\u00e9r\u00e9e ? Qui assumera la discipline de la collecte des fonds ?
